1. Membership Eligibility
By registering as a member of the United Super Alliance Party (USAP), you confirm that you:
- Are a Kenyan citizen or East African resident as per the Political Parties Act, Cap 7D
- Are at least 18 years old
- Have not been declared of unsound mind by a court of competent jurisdiction
- Have not been convicted of an election offense in the preceding 5 years
- Are providing accurate and truthful information
2. Code of Conduct
As a member, you agree to:
- Adhere to the Party Constitution and bylaws
- Respect the party's leadership and party decisions
- Conduct yourself with integrity and honor the party's values
- Participate responsibly in party activities and events
- Not engage in conduct that brings the party into disrepute
- Comply with all applicable laws of Kenya
3. Membership Fees and Obligations
Member categories include Regular, Gold, Silver, Diaspora, Youth, and Founding Members, each with associated obligations and fees as determined by the party. You agree to pay applicable membership fees as directed by the party.
4. Rights and Responsibilities
Members have the right to participate in party activities, vote in party elections, and access party communications. In return, members are responsible for staying informed, attending meetings when possible, and supporting the party's goals and objectives.
5. Termination of Membership
Membership may be terminated by:
- Voluntary resignation upon written notice
- Expulsion for violation of the Code of Conduct or party constitution
- Automatic termination if a member joins another political party
- Non-renewal of membership dues where applicable
6. Acceptance
By checking the acceptance box, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of membership in USAP.
Important: Providing false information during registration is a violation of the Political Parties Act and may result in rejection of your application or expulsion from the party.

USAP is committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with the Political Parties Act Cap 7D, the Data Protection Act, 2019, and related regulations.
1. Information We Collect
In compliance with Form PPM1 of the Political Parties (Membership) Regulations, 2021, and for purposes of registration, verification, and compliance, we collect the following personal information from members:
- Full Name (Surname and Other Names)
- National ID/Passport Number
- Date of Birth
- Sex
- Phone Number
- Email Address
- County
- Constituency
- Ward
- Polling Station
- Membership Category
- Special Interest Groups (where applicable)
- Religion and Ethnicity
- PWD Number (where applicable)
This information is collected solely for the purpose of fulfilling legal obligations under the Political Parties Act, Cap 7D, including submission to the Office of the Registrar of Political Parties (ORPP) for verification and enrollment into the Integrated Political Parties Management System (IPPMS).
2. How Your Data Is Used
- To register you as a member of USAP.
- To verify your eligibility and prevent duplicate or fraudulent entries.
- To communicate with you regarding party events, updates, and elections.
- To fulfill statutory reporting requirements to ORPP and other relevant authorities.
- To include you in the party's membership database and constituency records.
3. Data Sharing and Protection
Your personal data is not shared with any third parties except as required by law or with authorized institutions such as ORPP. All data is stored securely with appropriate access controls, encryption, and audit trails.
4. Your Rights
Under the Data Protection Act, you have the right to:
- Access your personal data.
- Request correction or deletion of inaccurate data.
- Withdraw your consent at any time (subject to legal obligations).
- Lodge a complaint with the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner.
5. Data Retention
Your personal data will be retained for the duration of your membership and as required by applicable laws. Upon resignation or expulsion, your data may be retained for record-keeping and audit purposes as required by law.
6. Acceptance
By checking the acceptance box, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Privacy Policy.
Important: To register, you must provide accurate, matching personal details (as they appear on your official ID). Incorrect information may prevent your registration from being processed.
